India

India, a country like no other. So vast it would take years to discover it all. Here many civilisations left a mark on culture, tradition and religion. Just in New Delhi you can walk around and see minarets and mosques from the Muslim era, great temples where Hindus people have prayed for more then 4ooo years and, of course, Mughal architecture like the one seen near Agra, the famous Taj Mahal. After the colonial era, India started to develop, but still you can see a huge gap. The government was able to build a metro line with more then 140 stations in New Delhi only, but could do mostly nothing to improve the harsh living conditions of the people. I was walking around the centre of New Delhi and poverty was surrounding me. A really tough imagine to swallow in the 21st century. People must continue their lifes, there is no other way. This, I learned when I met Maan, a guy you cannot describe in words. It was a real pleasure talking to him. He promised he’ll travel to Europe soon. Hope I’ll see you again!
